With over 15 years in the roofing industry and over 25  years in the trades, we realized there was a huge need for non-biased third party commercial roof assessments. Unlike most "roofers" which fly by the seat of their pants, we were determined to change our clients perception on the roofing industry one roof at a time. This led to the formation of Elevated Roof Inspections.

Our comprehensive surveys can include thermal drone surveys, moisture scans/mapping, impedance testing, infrared scans and core samples. All findings are documented in a detailed comprehensive report that includes areas of concern, roof condition, anticipated useful life, and recommendations for replacement, repair and/or a commercial coating restoration.

At Elevated Roof Inspections, LLC, our mission is to provide professional and unbiased third party commercial roof assessments nationwide by taking the guess work out of the equation by using sophisticated non destructive testing equipment and techniques gained through professional training and years of hands on field work.
